Sean’s apartment was a fairly standard downtown housing block in a smallish city in California; now, it sort of follows Senaz, as a place where she can enjoy some of her previous reality. It kind of makes her miss Earth, but…

As it was at first, it is a fairly typical three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment; Sean had roommates, but they and their stuff isn't here. The electricity, bathrooms, heat, air conditioning, kitchen appliances, and most importantly Internet still work... So long as Senaz pays the bills. (Her employer seems pleased at her work continuing in spite of the whole ‘dead’ thing. And possible interdimensional opportunities.)

The front windows show whatever was outside the door where Senaz last placed it. The rear windows and tiny little patio open out to what looks like a grassy field, blocked off by oddly invulnerable glass which does not open.

Helen and Eira have taken the previously entire empty rooms and been adding bits and pieces to them; Senaz’s own room is fully furnished with a desk, chair, bed, shelves, etc.

Anything that can reasonably be delivered to the apartment can be ordered and will show up just inside after a reasonable delivery time; if Senaz orders pizza or the like, the delivery person will be an odd phantom... Or perhaps she’s the odd phantom to them??? Or both. Best not to think about it too hard. They don’t seem to.

Senaz is also aware that the space has a time-bending property of sorts. Inside the apartment is always synchronized with Earth time - but unless the door is open, time only flows on the side Senaz is on. So if the door's closed and you're inside, you will exit the apartment at the same time you entered.

More recently, it has been upgraded by the mysterious Goddess thanks to wishes by Senaz and by Helen; Senaz added a study/library room to the apartment – bookshelves, a vaguely classy look, and chairs and desk suitable for reading. Helen went for something with more immediate practical value – a stairwell down to a garage, whose door can be used as an alternate ingress/egress when summoned by Senaz. It features three spaces worth of space, plus power and such, making it usable as a workshop. (Sean didn’t have a car previously.)
